Use

Use the Present Perfect Simple to talk  about an action or experience  in the general past- the specific time  is not important or is not known.

Form

Subject-has/have-Past Participle-Complement

Examples

You have seen that movie many times
I have  been  to France
German has studied two languages
We have traveled by train
Peter has cured many deadly diseases

Present Perfect Simple Negative

Subject-hasn`t, haven`t- Past participle- Complement

You haven´t seen that movie many times
I haven`t been to France
German hasn`t studied two languages
We haven`t traveled by train
Peter hasn`t cured many deadly diseases

Present Perfect Simple Questions

Note: the subject and auxiliary has or have change of place
